1) TO SAVE THE MOST MONEY submit your order ONLINE. - Orders requiring assistance by phone will be charged using our regular pricing.
2) All available parts are new Genuine Honda OEM Parts.
3) For older vehicles not all parts may be available. We will respond to you via email if there are any availability problems.
4) Be aware that Battery prices fluctuate often! Prices shown are not always accurate. We will notify you of any increases prior to shipping your order. We cannot ship batteries that contain acid.
5) You are responsible for what you order, please be sure the part you choose is the part you need.
6) Returns and order Cancellations will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs back to the manufacturer. Order cancellations or changes must be made the same day the order is placed and before 1:00 P.M central standard time, call us for a Return Authorization Number if you need to cancel your order. No returns on electrical parts. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Returned items must be new, unopened in original box or package, resaleable and include original invoice. Part number on box or package must not be covered or tampered with.
7) Orders typically arrive at your door 7 - 10 business days from the day order is placed. Faster shipping is available for an additional charge.
8) We do not ship outside the continental U.S. or deliver to P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to packages during shipment. UPS does not require a signature for residential deliveries. Therefore, if the customer is not present packages will be left at the front door. Beaver Dam Honda Kawasaki is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery to the customers address. For every order over $500.00 we add a $5.00 fee to cover the UPS charge to have a signature required at delivery, this fee can be waived by customer via email if they choose.
9) All painted parts or color specific parts must be ordered online. We do not accept orders or questions regarding color for painted parts by phone. We will verify color correctness once an order is submitted.
10) For painted parts, please specify your bikes color in the comment section when placing your order if you need us to verify that the part you have chosen is the correct color. Paint codes are the best way to verify color, please provide this if you have it. If no color or code is specified, we will use the part number that you provide.
